i bet it has to do with the neglection of POV scenes. nearly all of male MC porn games have sex scenes strictly in POV. that enormously limits the design of those sex scenes, as the scenes normally need a good visual of either tits, ass or pussy and also where the dick is right now. TAC obviously sets scenes with anne, as bystander/observer and maybe out of habit scenes with tony, too. being able to put the screen wherever you want, gives you the best possible position to get the most sexy visuals.
additionally, professional porn studios always try to put the girl on display and as little as possible the guy, because, let's be real, the majority of viewers are heterosexual guys. this forces the actors often to get into positions, that are not comfortable or natural, to get easy access on the best shots. but for example, one of my favourite positions is the face down legs locked missionary. this would mean a big shot of the guy's ass, regardless where you look, which is not to everyones liking, so this gets discarded. but not in amateur porn.

yes, i think so too. at the start of the game you are able to end it rather quickly, if you are too forcefull towards anne. so maybe there could be a choice, leading to a broken ending, in the middle of the game, but i too don't think it's very fitting.
