Try re-downloading from another source I think they uploaded the rar file without a password now.

The file on Mega has no password at least. However, I can't start the game because of missing MSVCR110.dll >.>

Edit: Fixed by downloading Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4

Best part is that designer is taking requests for new monsters and births (via patreon) so it can still evolve to be even BETTER if you have something specific in mind!
