He first reappeared back in March after being MIA for most of 2024, then disappeared again just to announce a date back in September.
For someone that's been a dev for a while, he should already know not to announce anything until it is ready for release... Just lock in until it's really done so you don't give people false expectations.

For Android players:
1. Install the APK.
2. Open the game and grant storage permissions.
3. Copy all three .rpa files to the game directory found in: "documents/RenPy_Saves/ccs.tab/game"*
4. Be sure to restart the game after.**
*If the "game" folder does not exist, create one.
**For players updating from previous versions (Version 0.7.2 and earlier), you can import your save by copying the saves folder in "Android/data/ccs.tab" and paste it in the new game directory. OFFICIAL CHANGELOG
