Yes, the entire game got reworked. Not just the game logic but also alot of the script and renders. Not 100 if everything everything, but a lot got reworked and is definitively worth it.
New intro, new content, new renders.
I like the MC model.
Daggs is on it.

Thank you Daggum Games for making the effort with the detailed Gene section... So many other titles ignore "adding a one stop of information" to their content tag section. Which present's new users with a wealth of knowledge at first glance, instead of them having to search through the forms for their answers. Thank-you dev.

Ok first off I really enjoy this game a lot. So someone help me understand something. I restarted the last release and basically play this one side by side. There are some changes. However when it comes to renders and animations, but mainly animations. This new version is not as smooth as the previous. And no improvement in animation. ( Am I missing something? Seems like that would be an area you would want better.)

Eh? Unless you mean oversized balloon breasts (which there are none), there are big breasts in the game. Again it depends on your definition of 'big'.

there are "old friend" games that could go without "modifications", but this game clearly needs an unofficial patch.

I just started the vn, and I must say that the dorsal numbers assigned to the positions on the field make my eyes hurt, they should look more like:

Look under "Genre" on the OP. You will find (In part):
Planned Tags: tit fuck, vaginal sex, blindfold, anal sex, harem

Some other points of interest:
- This is a harem game. MC will be able to have nice relationships with almost all of the LIs at the same time and with everyone's knowledge and consent. There are two characters that are incompatible, which will be revealed in future updates.
- The harem relates to LIs. Side characters always get a free pass, because there is no emotional or romantic attachment.
