Unless the original version is in French (my mother tongue), I generally play in English even if there is a French translation.I would like to know if people like translations or if they rather want to play in English.
should probably make a poll.I would like to know if people like translations or if they rather want to play in English.
1.Any news for this game?
It's probably late now, but yes, it is well translated into Spanish. If we get picky, the “ja-ja” goes without a hyphen and without spaces: “jaja”. Unless the character is laughing in a special way, haha.NEED HELP from Spanish-speaking players!
Could you please estimate the quality of translation:

Yes, I have already released the game with this translation, but thank you anyway. That's a good question. Personally, I only play in my language (Spanish) if the translation is good, otherwise I play in English. For example, the game "Third Crisis" comes with an automatic translation into Spanish, and sometimes it is almost impossible to understand what the texts are saying.I would like to know if people like translations or if they rather want to play in English.
Personally I always play in English, though my native language is French. I've tried French translations several times, for a few minutes, but they were in such an incorrect language that it got on my nerves very quickly. Maybe in some other languages it's not so painful. That's a good question. Personally, I only play in my language (Spanish) if the translation is good, otherwise I play in English. I havent goten the time to replay TBD in French, but I concur with your observation about translation. I would add that they also are usually "localized" to France rather than in a more universal French which takes me out of the immersion of the game.Personally I always play in English, though my native language is French. Yes, this site is where I keep up with news about the game. But since the game appeared on Steam and the 0.5c update, there has been no news about further development. Thank you for your reply, I will continue to wait for new updatesYou can see the development progress on his website:You must be registered to see the links
As already mentioned, the next update that he will release is for his game Beauty And The Thug. Depending how everything works, the development of The Better Deal will go on after that.
I used to play in English, but lately people have been using Google Translate to translate from the developer's native language to English, so I've been preferring to use a tool I bought that translates directly from the developer's native language to mine, and the results have been better in these cases.I would like to know if people like translations or if they rather want to play in English.
Hello Dev, I got the game on Steam and the translation to Portuguese is perfect so far. However, I reached a point that I believe is the end of Chapter 1, where there's an error in the game that prevents me from continuing, even when I choose to ignore it.Yes, I have already released the game with this translation, but thank you anyway. Thank you! I'll fix it!Hello Dev, I got the game on Steam and the translation to Portuguese is perfect so far. However, I reached a point that I believe is the end of Chapter 1, where there's an error in the game that prevents me from continuing, even when I choose to ignore it.
Analyzing the translation script code, I detected that a part of it was duplicated on line 2798.

I removed the block of code from line 2798 to line 2893, and the game ran perfectly.
Since this code was already defined starting from line 2896.
