From playing MMOs and browsing tv channels
I've noticed that Spanish, German and Russian speaking countries tend to be the ones go for dubbed/translated content. I feel translations are mostly useful for people that struggle to read more than a few words in english.I for one I have always found dubbed content cringe, it would feel the same to read translated books, for me is english always.
Game related question, can it be played lesbian only? No forced dicks for the plot tm, what about the lesbian route LIs, are they yours, or do you have to watched them dicked down for half the game like in most FMC games on this site?

There are scenes that show someones dick, but the game supports a lesbian route. In the current version, depending of your play style, you can avoid sexual encounters with men. I don't know what you mean with your last question. zegamez is currently working on his other game "The Beauty And The Thug", but the development of "The Better Deal" will most likely go on after he is finished with the next update.

JNev answered your question. I'll just add that I am aware that many people who play female-protagonist games want to have lesbian-only playthroughs. I am going to keep the lesbian-only route by the end of the game. Like, is Sunny the only female LI, or is our dominating doctor friend one as well? Because it seems like the doctor is having sex with at least one of the male squad members (possibly the other base staff as well), except if you specifically choose to see it about to happen and interrupt - and if you do interrupt and proceed to get into (and finish) a sexual encounter with her yourself in that scene then a) she involves another guy in the situation regardless, and b) as far as I've found it prevents you from having a scene with Sunny where you can initiate a relationship with HER, so they may be mutually-exclusive paths.
It kinda already is being a slow burn on the lesbian route really...the BG scenes were a major pass as it is kinda predictable to beauty and the thug with other fetishes and genres getting the green light vs others.
