As a concept it could be really nice, overall managing the place and your relationships could be interesting, even more having both sides of the stick, meaning the brothel vs harem situation (or even a mix in which you pimp your girls lol).
Having said that the game seems to hint towards different routes and... managing games work better with just stats rather than fixed routes, especially if it's gonna have a decent gameplay about it.
Overall it could be a funny game of challenges and sexy moments.
But to be fair this can't truly be called a game at this state, character interactions are weird and direct, transitions need more work and there is no gameplay at all, even more the UI and all graphics are really bad atm, I would rather call it a "proof of concept" at most.
Things that I would expect based on the game concept:
-Multiple options to get access to the data, Debbie being the free one but that can have negative effects (such as blackmailing or if she is bisexual that she could use that to her favour in seducing them, even more if she gets mad at you that she used her blackmail material).
-Not easy way outs and reasons to interact with negative characters, for example Missy displays a dominant/bitchy attitude but I don't think we have any reason to interact with her, changing a bit the setting she could actually support you financially (which is really needed at the start) but you have to deal with her attitude until you don't need her support or you can blackmail her (but well it could be interesting that the MC becomes more submissive the more you interact with her).
-Developing your building to earn more money or have less costs, better living conditions for the win!
-Having temporary tenants that have effects, for example you can accept a drunkard to earn his rent but he will try to take advantage of the girls living there and it will be negative to happiness, however if the girls are bitches that love sex it could actually be a positive to it.
Overall these are just a few things that I would expect if the concept was more developed, which would need quite a few stats:
-Girls having traits, fetishes, relationships, dominant/submissive stat...
-MC having his own stats like dominance and fetishes
-Building condition and effects
-Overall stats such as happiness, economic circunstances (ability to pay the rent, some girls may propose to pay in a "different way"), security (protection against undesirable people).
Could it be interesting to deal with all of that? yeah, 100% sure, even more for those that don't want any challenge at all it's as simple as locking some stats and giving the player a starting situation to not need or depend on Missy.
But it's quite a bit of work, to be fair I would recommend that you play some management games and try to work on the UI for the start, I give as a good example of UI and ren'py use the well known game Summertime Saga, most people wouldn't even notice that game is made on ren'py, but be it the starting screen, visuals for options and choices and the overall UI is really well done.
