It's actually pretty good, really good build up if your play chapters 1 to 3, or just skip to chapter 4 to play as the hero.

Not big enough. Needs to fill them to their hearts. Oh boi, Imagine this pip-squeak with a donger bigger than his upper leg, veiny, pulsating, to the point the side view can't hide the bulge in her belly. With balls just a couple millimetres below his knees, that touch the floor when he's kneeling to pound his gals doggy. A dick big enough to be a liability during combat.

And the ladies are really pretty. Plump, with big areolas. But their holes are not big enough either.
It's definitely a missed opportunity in terms of drawing expansion-fetish related stuff.

Hell, in the title image, I can see the blonde doing a suck-face. That begs for a more ridiculous proportioned representation.

From what I could make out from the synopsis (when you skip) it sounds like a fully translated version of the first three chapter would be cool to play, but MTL...I have a bad enough time when guys are being called women, people lose track of whether they're talking about themselves, someone else, or even narrating and the text box occasionally fills up with gibberish or icons. With an MTL you're basically just going to skip to the meat of it and try to piece together what's going on in the sex scenes.
