Move the 3 saves outside the game folder, launch the game and when at the menu. Copy the save back and do a load

Well if you want, you can do that :

Launch the game without the save, move the save to the game folder, load the save you want.
Then remove again the save from the game folder and in the game do a save, you will see the save list empty and your new save will create a compatible one that will not trigger the error.
