I meant the updates that also have content. I don't load all the updates that come with this game because they are so short... all the worse if the last 5 updates are just bug fixes... I like the game itself... but there is absolutely no progress here...

2 years of content is not the same as 2 years of content... When I look at others, they create much more in 2 years... It remains to be seen why that is the case. Maybe he develops alone and others in a team... Who knows, the fact is that the content updates are too SHORT. I'd wait 1 year for an update where there's a decent amount of content than these mini one quest updates...

Welp, well I guess that explains it.
My canon playthrough is Zoey as sole LI path so I remember breaking it off with Claire.
Guess that one short event with bringing Jenny to Zoey from Violet Lips is it then.

Honestly, it feels like the dev's productivity has become much worse since he decided to bring in the sandbox mode compared to the initial VN mode that the game had (not to mention sandbox feeling quite clunky).

Such a shame, cause I think this game actually surpassed Rebirth in terms of writing of its world and its characters.
It's just the gameplay which gets in the way.

game gives all/most quests in the beginning and then allows later to actually do those.

I'd love the game so much more if it was a standard VN.

It's a good game of course, but sandbox does nothing for me but lessen my enjoyment.

That sounds like a known issue from several updates back. Maybe make sure you don't have any mods that might be out of date before bothering the dev. :shrug:
