After completing Dilara's S2, you can visit Dilara and Licinia at their apartment (on Friday and weekends after 9:00) in upper luxury apartments. On Friday, in the afternoon you can meet Licinia in the bedroom ( unlocks Licinia bonus 2). After 20:30 you can talk to her and Julio in the living room ( unlocks Licinia bonus 3).

if i'm not imagining things i already posted, but here you go Maria and enrique toilet/bathroom scene, just take a bath, if the scene don't trigger load the save again and keep going until it triggers, and it doesn't need the persistant file to work, i just don't know if the save will run smoothly with 7.9 update, if you want to unlock it yourself, that is another thing, i can help you but it's annoying and not so worthing
