It's still on hold, been working on a comic recently ( while also working on WTHI ) and doing both at the same time it gives me hope that I might actually be able to work on the game while working on WTHI, as long as I stick to around 150-200 renders per-month and don't go crazy with the coding, it might be doable. But I think, either way, I'm going to wait till I get my 2nd computer before actually starting it. I've bought almost everything for the new PC, just need a CPU ( which I hope to get this month ) and a graphics card ( which I hope to get next month ).

I feel like it's been a while since I've done an update on the game. Since we last left off I've been massively wrapped up with Ep19 of WTHI and it really took it out of me, normally I don't need time off after finishing an episode and I like to get stuck straight into the next but I really needed a couple days off after Ep19, it really took it out of me. I also left off the last development update saying that I plan on re-designing the characters for The Cabin, simply because the old characters were Gen 3 and I really wanted to use Gen 8 instead as I feel they have more in terms of up to date assets and Gen 3 I hardly see anything new anymore.
After Ep19 was released however I've been finding Ep20 a lot easier and it's really coming along a lot faster and it's just all in general coming along smooth to the point I found myself with some spare time, not enough ( I thought ) to work on the game but enough to dabble in something so that's when I started work on The Void, a little comic project just to test my skills and attempt to push my limits. While working on the comic I realised that I do actually have quite a bit of spare time and if I really focus myself I probably could put that time into The Cabin.
So once more I opened Daz and got into some new character designs. I finished the Sister design ( see spoiler below ) and I'm almost done with the Mom design although I'm not 100% set of her yet so no previews of her as she might be changed.
If I am going to be working on the game along side working on WTHI then I have to set myself some realistic boundaries and goals to make sure things account get done, so below is a little list of things I'll be trying to stick to:
Render Count - My original plan was to do around 700 renders per release taking 1.5 to 2 months to complete an episode. I now feel that just isn't realistic and I know people don't really expect that amount, so instead I will be sticking to around 150 to 200 renders per release, again taking 1.5 to 2 months per release, this is simply because my WTHI work has to take priority and that is were the bulk of my time will be spent.
Simple Script/Simple Story - I will be altering the story to make the script/coding a lot simpler, I can't afford to spend a month doing the renders if it's just going to take me another month to code. Which is why the game...or in this case visual novel will be a story and nothing more, there might be some simple choices but I'm going to try and make it more of a choiceless story with there being minimal options to alter the story, doing so will make the coding simple and I wouldn't need to remember a million different paths.
2nd Machine - None of this will be happening until I get my 2nd PC, I want to make sure I have a machine dedicated to both WTHI and The Cabin. I currently have the bulk of the parts for my 2nd machine, just need the CPU ( which I'll be getting this month ) and the GPU which I have a seller lined up for next month. If either of these fall through then the expectation would be CPU next month and the GPU in March.
I will also be finishing off The Void while I'm waiting to get the 2nd machine, would have to leave that story unfinished.
And that's pretty much it, now without further delay...( unless you noticed the spoiler and skipped ahead ), let me introduce you to...Lisa!

As for simplifying thing, a wise choice, yet i wouldnt go with a full kn-setup though.
Even with a bit smaller updates (in playthroughs terms), a few basic paths should be doable, and could make the game more interesting to play imo...Coding wouldnt be that much of a problem, particularly as you can consult other more experienced devs around here. Yet, thats just me, again, the one who is stuck in/with his "ebony paradise" for some time now.

There would be a rage even if mom/sis/aunty are only wounded or so (check BaRS), killing them would be a disaster probably.
Perhaps they could have some "tolerating" variable, or so, so if they found mc-s actions too unfit (or the environment to uneasy to endure), they could decide to flee (joining some of secondary characters when (rare) opportunity arises)

I want to make the Mom around the late 40's to early 50's but it's really hard to decently age people in Daz, sadly there isn't a button that says "make this model 50yo", would be really awesome if there was such a thing though xD
I agree, not to many people do a granny love route and it's something I've wanted to see for a while, she probably won't be a main character and I'll turn her more into a side character and also avoidable for those that aren't interested.
Yeah please don't ruin so much work and wait with ntr, if your game isn't ntr focused then is the best than you don't add it only to make people happy, because that can ruin the whole game. Every person has their fetishes and every game their story.

so i would say, go for wider hips, and just a bit more "curvy" designee, unless that is reserved for trol..i mean granmas look
