Hello there!

I got this quest: "Find the Hotel maid". Well I cant find her at all. Yes I have been at the hotel and lifted the boxes, slept a day and then came back to rent a room. Still does not work for me.

Interestingly, there is no error on other machine, Win10 32bit

Hmh so here is where I am stuck:
I now have this quest "Find Hotel Maid" in my questlock on the phone.
Now I use the "Explore" option --> I get to the elevator and can pick one out of 5 floors.
--> Regardless of which floor I pick I will always find the maid giving me the task to lift some boxes.
--> I do that successfully and the maid will tell me about some "special" room for the next day, where I will find her/ she will meet me.
--> I now go back and end the day (sleeping option) and go back to the hotel.
--> There I cannot rent a room, now did anything else change for me. There are still the same old 5 floors, on each I will always find the maid, with the same old task and same old answer.
(the 6 floor never apprears for me, nor does the quest on the phone change, even though I found the maid by the boxes.)

now a "strength" check test of 9 needed. (it should say this?)
- quest 'wait day for maid'
- go home and 'sleep'
- quest 'rent hotel room'
- (now next day) return to hotel and choose 'Rent Room'
now there is a money check of 450$ (it should tell you if fail money check)
- if success - it says can now rent a hotel room and gives you a key to one
- now explore - and should be a "button 6" on elevator to penthouse
- this quest is called 'enjoy hotel room'

This seems to be the part that you may not have the money for? Let me know if that helps. If not.. I will figure it out and I thank you so much for your feedback and patience.

Do you have both the Windows 7 and the Windows 8/10 versions updated to the same version? And do you want the OP download links updated?

Due to the silly mistakes I made rushing out version before I left, lets wait till this weekend before making sure all is well. The WIN7 is (and will stay for the moment) on 1.8, I will be upping WIN8+ to 1.9 once all is truly verified as back to good working order as I've added more things in the fixed version.

@Hentami Well turns out that I had an older version installed, for whatever reason.
I updated now and its working ! I guess it was just a bug from an older version

Still learning the 100% correct OP procedures with the mods help - but yes I think? I updated all links to the proper hosting sites with my latest release version.

That said, its just more quality of life changes, no need to download it.
