how to raise mental stat i need 5 for yumi quest but i can' t find where to level up

This game leaves me feeling conflicted. I really like the premise behind it, the story from what I've seen so far. Yet, there are other parts that just seem to put me off this title. Those are things like how much you have to grind, it's more grindy than a poorly made rpg maker game. What do I mean by that? Well it's things like the "gifts" you can give to your secretary, whether it's the $50 or the $500 gift, you get the same return in desire gained and it's random what gift you can give, so it's not as if you can just give 100 of the $50 gifts to max her out. The job and working out actions, take a certain amount of real life time, while not a long time, to see significant gains, it takes several of these actions repeated. This causes you to sit at a certain thing repeating and repeating until you've decided to go and play something else with this game just running in the background... which caused me to forget I was trying to become the porn king... while being a bouncer and bartender at the same time. I did manage to get to where I had "finish first chapter" or some such in the quest section of my phone... not sure where to go from there, perhaps that comes after another release... though I apparently got the cat girl at the hotel's number... but my phone doesn't have a contacts list for people so not sure if that even matters at this point lol

For those not sure where to level things up at by the way; mental is random at library while reading books, social is bar-tending job in the hotel-bar, strength is at the gym in the spa. The bouncer at strip-club I think gives random stats.

Poorly written dialog, way too grindy to advance most stats, mental stat near impossible to advance may as well remove it. Game mechanics for jobs, work out, fight and in general leave player guessing how to play. No time limit or number of tasks one can complete in a day other than bouncing and the fight with the club manager.
Version played: 1.8 on PC

/sigh Why do I do this to myself.

  • Male character isn't faceless, but he looks off. Generic bald head, Kind of looks like a black guy but with white skin TBH. It's not horrible, and defiantly better than faceless but something feels off.
  • We get to name our company... What a waste of time, it reads as a gimmick to make the audience feel engaged, but you get engaged with a good cohesive story.
  • Note I dont like running these app, this should be on the Renpy engine.
  • Writing isn't horrible like most of these porn games, but so far it isn't good either. Maybe I am being harsh... Actually deeper the game goes on the more it reads as false.
  • Uses actual movie clips. Ok...
  • Uses sounds which are pretty good for these types of games.
  • Has a save button but no way to load games... Guess its auto save but what if I want to restart?
  • Sex scene is ok...
I can't handle any more. Game engine is a major problem for me and the game play just doesn't catch my attention. Feels like a dating sim if I am being honest. Good idea, but execution just isn't enough for me.

Seems to me that this should be called bartender cause that's all I seem to be able to do...
I read posts about people doing quests but my quest seems to hinge on how long I hold off deleting this...

Agreed! Win7 should have complete chapter one questline as of now, will update the win7 version by 5/26 (still working on the compatibility) with the quality of life improvements

I would go ahead and delete then, as gut reactions are mostly right. That said, there should be 'quest icons' on the 'global map' to help you know where quests are, but it does take some random exploring to start some quests - be that good or bad, is debatable. Several parts are not very cohesive yet and that will just take time I hope to fix as the game progresses! Apologies until such a time.

How do you get quests. I have gone everywhere and done everything I can do. My fame is over 1400, strength at 50%, Mental at 50%, job and social over 100%.

I've searched this thread and found nothing about the issue so I guess I'm the first posting about a virus alarm going off on my pc. Says that casting_couch.exe is infected with a Trojan.
Would really appreciate if this got answered, downloaded from MEGANZ link

well you still can say wich anti virus you use, that would helpa bit maybe.

try to download it again and check ( or try download from another link)
