Is there a way to have the story that was planned by the dev ? I'm genuinely curious to see where this world is going (apart from the constant sex) and what they've imagined for the exiled.

I don't know if you didn't notice, but this has been abandoned... for a while. What there currently is, is all that we'll get.

I know I was just hoping to find a way to contact the dev since the patreon page is 'under review' and the twitter account doesn't allow direct messages

Sorry to burst your bubble here... but there was no "plan".

This whole story (and by that I don't mean the game's plot, but the story of the Dev setting out to make a game he eventually abandons) has basically become a cautionary tale for new devs and users.

This Dev wanted to make a senseless femdom game... but didn't want to admit that he wanted a senseless femdom game. So, when players started complaining about the fact that you can't make a story out of nothing but masturbation fantasies, and that the customer base for pure femdom isn't that big, the Dev started making changes, trying to create an actual story, but failed spectacular at it. Until, eventually, he got frustrated and just abandoned the whole project.

Now, to answer your question about the exiled:

Before the dev got frustrated and left... he got pissy. So, in response to all the commenters who wanted an option to NOT be dominated and abused, he implemented an option at the early stages of the game where, after the MC got drugged and dropped on the stairs, he can tell his family, "You are all horrible people! This society is made up of horrible people! I want nothing to do with you and choose exile!".
And when you chose that option, all that got you was a short scene of the family crying while MC packs, then leaves the city... and, next thing you know, you see a third-person cut scene showing the MC surgically lobotomized in a government facility, where he is used as a seed-dispenser and mocked for being too stupid to "play along".

There was no "plan" for the exiled. You were supposed to just go along with being the women's toy. That was all the story the dev had come up with. Everything else was half-heartedly added after users asked for it because the dev didn't want to admit what his game was supposed to be about.

i was there...some of the changes were kinda decent, although they broke the suspension-of-disbelief a lot even for some weird post-apocalyptic dystopian sci-fi story and if i recall correctly the initial plot wasn't about femdom but more like female-lead relationships(kinda like a girlfriend who is in charge as if she was a traditional man in the 1960-70s)

(yep i was one of the people who gave ideas for the plot, even via DMs)
