Agreed. The game is still rapey when it comes to random encounters with men, though less so than the horrible standard set in these games in general. But the depth of the main characters and the effort that went into the world and story is where it really excels.

I was just sitting here in between episodes of game of thrones, (and a few shots of 100 proof vodka)like it's hopless, and it occurred to me that it is not only sad that this game is looking more and more like it is abandoned, but also this thread will eventually diminish. I noticed early on, (Though I pick and choose which threads to do much commenting on!) that this is one of the most welcoming. It is full of people that I feel I could be good friends with in my home town. I can only hope that if I am able to come up with a good story line (Which I am working on) that maybe I might be blessed enough to have people that are as decent as the people on this thread. I guess this is just something I've had in my heart for a while. I'm sure all of you have seen how ugly some of the people on many of the other threads can act. And in fact there is a few others I would like to meet, (Just so I could loosen their teeth, LOT I'm Sorry), but we all know how the world can be,...Just wanting to say, you guys, (girls and others included) are gold in my book!

The good thing I immediately noticed (with the help of the walk through) is that there is only two ntr scenes unless you choose otherwise. And even with the ntr its no full on rape unless you choose it, at least she has a choice not to be penetrated and to be disgusted by it. I play the herm version of tabitha, I like to be the giver myself, although I make her take sometimes, but my Tabi is no slut she wants to be with a acclurion noble and have her harem ( Lady Yusara AND, or her second love our little commnon acclurion girl Courtney) .

in my country, it can be based on the time the thing have been released.
if you have a proof that you released the thing yourself before anybody else, then its a good proof to allow you copyright.
of cours, its not just like you write a date and voila... but its mostly some kind of private data, like for exempl, the registred date data of the uploading website specify the date you upload the thing the first time.
of course, need to be certify by the uploading website and after a small research to garantee its correct.
that wont work all time, but it can allow you to save your face on some hard conflict.

exempl, you create a game, you upload it on internet, then someone take your game, make an copyright and strike against you. then you technically can defeat the copyright because you have the proof on data (registred on the uploading website) that YOU uploaded, and soo created, the game BEFORE the other guy make the copyright. resulting in the deny of the copyright the other guy asked for.
its possible that happen. at least, in my country.
Copywrite lasts until 70 years after the death of the author.
Hell they waited 70 years to start to reprint MEIN KAMPF , even Hitler got copywrite protection.

True, though that was only for the German-language version. The English-language rights were sold in 1933 and the book has been available in English ever since.

Hii Guys,
I am using the V0.15 Beta1 and I am kind of stuck at the end of chapter 3 day 1 i talked to Gavin and took Becca home from Titty City, the walkthrough says I can rest at Aurora's place or Courtney's place but I cant do that. I go to the bed and it doesn't show me the option to rest, only masturbate or walkaway. Can anybody help me with this.
Thank you in advance.

it depend of the thing itself...

take exempl, the eiffel tower is under copyright... meh the creator was dead even before it was finished lol. still its protected infinitly by government.
soo, copyright is a tricky shitty box full of weird stuff and its not the same in all countries.
( i copyrighted a model of car some 10 year ago... i got copyright for whole european union, wasnt avalaible for rest of world. need different copyright for asia and america. and that cost shit tons of money... if.. by luck, a china guys didnt already sell derivated product before you obtain that copyright in his country...lol i tell you, its real shit system. my copyright was created by the iNPi, you can check yourself in google and see. its shitty things and complicated)

Are you sure you don't mean trademark? Because 176 countries are parties to the Berne Convention, which establishes copyright protection (almost) everywhere. Including China.

Everyone who complaints about the dev of the game for not restarting the developement has to understand something.

First of all, it's not easy to deal with this kind of loss. In all honesty it's something really really difficult to even comprehend. It may even kill all the drive you had to do something that you did before. In this case it might be that Nverjos is still not up to the taks to continue the developement of Coceter Chronicles.
Second of all, everyone deals with loss differently and here we are again at the point above. It might very well be that the dev simply doesn't have the strength yet to continue. There are so many factors, that we simply don't know. But as always it's easier to make assumptions and say it's been over half a year so he must be feeling better and can continue, even though noone has any clue how the dev even feels.

I hope the dev did have a huge amount of money. Obviously necessary because he cannot post a simple short text on patreon for months, so other normal life things every human being has to handle after the death of a beloved person like eating, caring about the child, washing yourself and, yeah, going to work to earn money must be completely beyond the possible?! So the only reasonable explanation for this total loss of communication is the death of the dev himself. Sad but true.

When my grandmother died, I was 1 year old. My father and my mother faced one of the worst crisis in their marriage (even with what happened after, like my family went bankrupt, I fought my father physically, my mother left home for days, my sister almost died, well, we had a rough story). They told me some tales of this time, and I'll tell them to you.

When my grandmother died, my mother lost all will to live. She cried everyday. She didn't even take care of her son, which is me, without crying. Most of the stories of me falling from beds, headfirst, or wrecking havoc are from this period. She woke up but was just... sad. She didn't do what she did before. She didn't work anymore. She only kept being numb.

This situation lasted for exactly a year. My mom tells me that, when she realized it was already a year her mother had died and she was still breathing, the world hadn't ended, some light started shining inside her again, and she got her will to live back.

It didn't happen when her father, the leader of the family, died, ten years before, blind and demented. It happened with her mother, a stay-at-home mom born in one of the poorest regions of my country at the time. If you don't know the relationship between someone and their parents, you can't judge what happened. Even when you know, the reaction may surprise you.

Respect Nverjos, we don't even know if this was the reason she stopped making the game. She might have died. She might have gotten a new job. We don't know. We don't even know her gender. We can only hope she returns and finishes this game with the same quality she showed us in the first and second runs.

Well I'll just say what read somewhere think it was from the game not sure, but some of the game is taken from stories his/her father told when they were little, so I can see why it is hard to pick up a storie that reminds even if just a little about you dead dad. He/she will come back when they are ready it is our job to be happy they are back and not nagative over the long wait.

I really like the game i have played it a few time over and i can only say i look forward to them coming back I don't resent them for not making the game as I do not know how it is to lose someone close to me.

Btw can you even be angry its not like you had to buy the game to play, well mabye you are on patreon but no one told to do it.

At this point know one knows, (including myself) what is going on, however I think it is safe to say that nverjos is not coming back. Think about this point, nverjos was always a little flaky with the updates, I love nverjos work,.. but come on the constant late updates? It's been almost a year since any communication, that said there are many things in life that can interupt a persons work, be it primary or secondary, I hate to say it ,..but I'm not the only one, I fear for the worst. I can see no reason for not communicating at least some intention, one way or another. But when somebody drops off the radar like this you have to ask yourself the painful question, is this person even still alive? If they are, do they even want people to know? Maybe, maybe not. But the fact is we have a very telented creator that's AOL, where do we go from here?
