Image pack 3 was already part of the Master file I created. The ingame check for Image pack 3 didn't exist until 5.2.3, which was released after I created the master file.
A link for Image Pack 3 already existed in this thread btw, on page 21.
can you recheck if the file you created is valid one? not just me, but several other people seems to have problem with corrupted file from OP and cannot extract it.

From what I understand, the file in the OP is a re-uploaded version of the Masterfile that I put together, likely has the 5.2.3 file in there, whereas mine does not.

.I just tested it, and I can say this Upload works. But the one in the OP does not.
You'll need to download the 5.2.3 .html from the OP's attachments to get the most upto date version.
Replaced corrupted files with new ones.

I downloaded from 2 different hosts before I finally checked the last messages in the thread, I knew something was up because winrar still unzips 7 zip files and I tried 7 zip as well after it failed.

I just down loaded it from the 1st page again and it now open but without any of the packs showing up.
Dude, it's already packed, check the "pics" folder or better, open the damn game and check that all 3 packs are installed.
