i liked stamina system much more than this new one. also mom's serum paths doesn't explain itself :/

No, it's not, it's just tied to a specific route atm, when you're doing that route it will unlock at some point and you won't be able to progress without using it.
The actual problem is that the route in question is bugged
What option are you choosing? I think Diana refuses to do anything if you ask her to fuck or to have oral sex, but if you 'ask if she has something in mind' you should get sub content

Normally the cat collar route is the Lover Mom. At the point where you have to choose if she is aroused by your your touch or kiss you in the morning with the coffee , choose the Kiss , and you will engage to Lover route. ( at one point your get a notification on your cell phone that the cat collar is avaible at the adult shop at the mall )
BUT you can buy it anyway to the whore route and put it on your mom .
AS a reminder you should be more dominant to be able to put it on your mom if your too submissiv you will end up with the collar on YOUR neck .

The 3.3.2 version on TFGames as well as on Westane's site (see page 1 here) have the corrected Ava paths (fixed as far as the chart (above) is concerned). You can get to 'Dommy Mommy' and etc now.
