To make her female you CANNOT Dose her. You have to follow the Romance Route and not Dose her for 14 days but since you already saw her Dream, you're already locked in so you cannot miss it. Just keep going to bed until the 2nd Dream unlocks
I have to do new game because i fully dosed the sis and mom and they keep seeing me morning and night I am gonna focus on tasha only first

I don't think they will get in the way of things. Just keep going to bed until the Dream unlocks.
You could also talk with Tasha and mention the "Weird Dreams" she's been having. That could be what you're missing

One of her Conversation Topics should have a New tag and will be at the bottom of her list. That's assuming you went through her Dream and actually mentioned wanting to have her change herself fully

Maybe but at the very least you can skip to Chapter 4 and speed up the process. Remember, do not Dose Tasha for 14 days once you start. That's the only pre-requisite for her Female Form.

Perfect. Just Upgrade the Lab to get everything you need and get past the 14 Days so her Girlfriend Route unlocks. When the Dream happens, save your game so if you make a mistake, you can just load it

Will the videos/gif for the slaves eventually match the ‘slave’? As they are all pornstars (that I have had so far) so would be good for the slave to match the video if possible

Playing blind, I stumbled into a branch where the next serum dose was to make her exclusively a top before quitting and loading a save to try to get a different outcome.
To replicate it, pick for the first serum dose to develop her exhibitionist side. Don't go on a date with her as that'll lock you into a relationship and block any further dosing.
I'm at 2.5 relationship and I just started the dream, I think it's just random chance so could take a while

You can make her a Dom in her Outgoing Route.
We'll see when the game is done. Westane has bandwidth he needs to watch out for so it's not feasible until he knows for sure how big the game will be one day.
