No, that is kinda the name of the game, however by drugging them enough (which in game other than possibly the X doses is just opening them up to who they really are, not changing them directly) you will get them all the way happy and lusty without ever doing anything that makes them unhappy, while you kinda have to rape them otherwise.
You can choose to not drug anyone that you're not required to by the plot, which currently leaves only Penny and Diana as viable options for such a path.
In the case of Diana, it comes down to boosting your Dominance stat, or playing without forced transformations and refusing any of the transformations.
The only downside is that you're cutting yourself off from a lot of content.
Have played the game twice through. Once as a male dom, second time as a female sub knocked up by my futa mom. If you want to get pushed around... then being a sissy or a bimbo helps quite a bit, however for now it feels quite unnatural some things.
First of all when we talk about the chastity cage, there are only two situations in which you can get a chastity cage forced on you. One is if you fail to please Diana, I have to say that it would make sense too if she used it on you if you are her personal pussy licker. Another one is kind of weird in the sense that it doesn't truly make sense, it's a random event with Tasha that when choosing a harmless option you end up with a chastity device forced on you. I kind of hope that in the future some very dominant characters will force it on you and even more have you remain with it.
Next when talking about sub content, most of the scenes only take into account for now if you are bimbo/sissy or other gender in the sense that it still doesn't truly take into account if the character is submissive or dominant, only a few scenes are influenced by that like Tasha in the morning, if Tasha is neutral or more dominant and you don't have a free penis then Tasha will force you to suck her off (you have to dose her enough). There is another sub scene with Tasha and Sasha if you don't have a free penis and you want 3p action.
You have the Johny be bad route to add more sub content, basically be submissive and try to dose him, he will end up fucking Penny and having Penny fuck you with a strap-on. But I find it quite unnatural because of how it has progress, I would truly like if John for example took action himself and you had to stop him rather than the current way it progresses.
Lastly the random events, I recommend being a sissy or bimbo to get the submissive side of the scenes that you can get it, forcing the weird strap-on that can be bought on the mother gives quite a good ammount of sub content, but be aware that I find impossible to change from female to bimbo after the mother starts fucking you every morning, this is because you need high arousal and the mother will keep fucking your character (or force you to fuck her) every morning, which makes it impossible.
However except Diana's interactive scenes in most of them you are dominant, the girl can't give a footjob, take control of what happens during the interactive scene or use a strap-on on you.

The problem is that "bimbo" is being counted as a gender change and the pregnancy is preventing that. It's a game glitch.

By now I've played through the game four times so I've seen all of those events (except the Sasha one, her giving me a buttplug is the only one I've seen), and futa mom is kinda my default play lol. Ok first let's try your question, the game will not have birth events because the game will not have 9 months of gameplay, the creator said something about 5-6 months, everything about pregnancies will be talked about in the endings.
While the game doesn't have an abortion system you can take a pill that makes you infertile, it would be better if it was just another option for the bathroom for example like "you are taking the pill" and "you aren't taking the pill".
Now talking about the sub content I think the same, it feels unnatural because you are forcing yourself to be a sub, none of the characters will try to force you at any point to actually be a sub and the events with the sister and mother change a lot when they are fully corrupted, I found it weird too that the sister, while submissive, would end up being dominant on scenes.
It would be kind of funny that some characters would try to force you to be the "perverted" part of your gender, meaning pushing you towards sissy or bimbo. From what I have seen in the game I get the feeling that Dakota and Tasha would be more than willing to push you into becoming a sissy and John/Sasha would enjoy pushing you towards being a bimbo. Having events about them pushing you towards what they want would be very interesting, but there would be needed 2 requirements:
1º They must know about the serums
2º They must be at the very least dominant
But well I can understand that the creator likes to keep things as optional as possible, personally I think that it should be another option or even a dream sequence that turns on or off forced events at certain situations, like "do you feel perturbed when people are glaring at you? a) No, I'm not scared about what they may think of me or want me to do, b) Those eyes... they are disturbing I don't want them to see me like that".

Not a lot, ver 5.3 was about technical updates, the conversations with all characters, while interesting it isn't truly worth it for a new game for now, and those random events it isn't truly something that you should focus to find, I would wait for ver 5.4 with chapter 3 and Sophie before actually starting a new game.
