sooo.. would it be correct to say, as of now, this version is 0.7 and once it reaches 1.0 this means it is ready for release/steam? or..
It's completely up to whatever the developer wants the version numbers to mean. It's probably more likely to go from 0.9 to 0.10 and be a while before 1.0 comes out.
