Well i played this 0.3.3b version untill the end a month ago or so and i must say a few things:
- If u want a porn game to fap, this is is clearly not your cup of tea, just 1 or very few static pics for every sex event. Although it has a pretty interesting and long writing on those, so if u get horny reading about sex, this may get to u.
- If u want to play a game with a good story, awsome surprises and twists in the plot, good character development, etc, this its maybe for you.
- If u like good old fashioned RPG games, this is ur shit, without a doubt. The game needs some polishing in the code in some parts, but as a whole its pretty amazing: good story, funny dialogues, real surprises about the plot... even the change of gender many people complain about (and i really really dont like this kind of thing 90% of the time, i mean im not a fan of it) makes sense in this world, its all about magic and progressing debauchery after all... and those freaking awsome twists in the plot!!, i cant say this enough.
I would recommend this game. Its a pitty its so slowly progressing, but a guy can hope this can get through to completion. As an aside note, this guy has no patreon that i know of and its making this game for pure pleasure... the right kind of developer to me =). cheers

This the game is fucking fantastic makes me wish for more games like it. cause damn I love the possibility of being an evil overlord

3.4 changlelog? i seem to be stuck have that new blue ball (Kek) that if you use it kills you in a funny fashion and I killed that teacher person now what? that the end because it fucking cant be after all this time waiting also how do I do spoilers?

I have played up until the current ending, but decided to o back to the beginning in order to complete all the quests. How do I do the "Revenge is a Dish Best Served with Truffles" quest. I have talked to the librarian and she refereed me to someone who will arrive the next day. but there is no one at the library the next day.

Don't know it worked for me. I don't know if you have to complete the quest with truffle girl in the first phase when you are a boy. I find the girl but that quest is in still Active Quest list so it will continued I guess

Hello guys, Tjord here with new version of Dark Lord Rises. As promised, this is bugfixing update, and since recent release had surprisingly little gamebreaking bugs, this is only minor update. Or it should be...
Unfortunately, after much thought I decided to put the game development on hiatus. Yes, one of those hiatuses that are highly likely to last indefinitely.
"Why Tjord, why would you do this?! You're tearing me apart, Tjord!" I hear you saying already.
Well, reason is simple: I kind lost my drive when it comes to developing the game. While I'm decently satisfied with the story, limitations of RPG Maker continue to frustrate me and limit enjoyment I get from my work. Other thing, erotic side of the game, instead of being integral part of my vision, kinda became an unwanted side and a chore to write/set up.
For all those years I've been tempted to set aside this project and start something new, but I've fought those notions. But not this time. I've decided to start something new, something better thought off than TDLR (which was, let's be honest, my first, amateurish attempt to make a game).
To sweeten the deal for you, I'm making what I think is unprecedented move: 0.3.4b is UNENCRYPTED version of the game. Yes, you read this right! Those of you, who want to and have RPG Maker VX Ace can continue the story or make changes you want (like, fixing typos). I don't mind if you use those few of my assets for your games or whatever.
Just, release don't go posting skeleton of the game and claiming it's your own. I'd be quite sad to see that.
