2 reasons. 1 copying the file in the wrong place, there are 2 folders "WWW" there. 2 reason - in the settings, English is off.
2 option. Is translator online? or text translation? Is there such an opportunity. Using the built-in translator online, tune into another language? For example, a translation into Russian?

Which of these files in the mega should I download? I put them all in my folder and got a few loading errors when trying to play the game.
If you have 1.2.7, use the 1.2.E mod. Do not use the DLC mod if you don't have the DLC.
If you have the DLC update, use either the mod for DLC or the experimental fix for the basement. The experimental fix may not work correctly, so make a back up of your data folder.
