First of all: yes, the end of S1 is really very well done!
But I can give you two arguments that speak against your fears:

a) she is still breathing and (very important)
b) she is a MAIN LI!!!!!

Yeah she's not gonna die before we have our way with her. Even in acting lessons we had sex with the 2 main li's bunch of time before one of them kicked the bucket and that too at the end of the game.

Imagine pinkcunt killing one of them way before the ending update lol...there would not a be a single supporter left till the end

Though it is not true, it doesn't have "not any" scenes, it has a few (in the meaning of "a few" as "very little" - depending on what you count as a scene count changes but is safely in the single digits).

And maybe because that is a thing that people consider unfair to criticise considering that it was messaged from day 1 of development that this would be the case, so everybody not into that can steer clear.

That ending of S1 hit me really hard. I hope she's didn't die, she's my favorite

yeah the ending was harder on me than Luna's backstory I couldn't stop thinking about it for like a week or 2. First 3-4 days after had a hard time sleeping cause couldn't stop thinking about. I don't think any other AVN has hit me that hard before

especially because it is so well done. If you pay close attention, you can see the projectile coming towards her. Scary

On a macbook pro (M3) with MACOS 14.5 can't extract the zip file with the built in archive manager. Tried with GOFILE and MEGA files to be sure it' not a corrupted file problem.

the steam version sucks. it doesn't work for me i just download and unzip then click play, a notepad opens with a bunch of errors.

i thought it was becoz of the gallery unlock mod so deleted the folder and opened a new one (without the unlock)....the notepad still persisted.

i gave up, its not worth it if it does shit like this, i miss the OG version.....

Well, for majority of people Steam version works fine.

I've tested the Steam version on my 2 laptops; literal toaster laptop I use for work, as well as my gaming laptop (though I guess it's a little bit old now too, though not toaster level lol), and both works fine every time.


If you suspect gallery unlock mod, then you should try it again with a clean reinstall raw without any mods installed (perhaps that's what you did).
And if that doesn't work, then I don't know what to say other than it's an issue from your PC's end; given it's not an issue repeated by almost all the players.
It's not the Steam version's fault.

The same old problem with cheaters using mods and then trying to play without the mod or playing without the proper mod update .
The "persistent" file that remains in the Renpy folder where all the backups are stored is the one that generates the errors even if you download from scratch and run the newly unzipped game.

Those error messages are usually quite informative. If not for you, then for those potentially able to help you.
Without them try a clairvoyant next time. We can only guess by your description what might be wrong, without having any actual clue.
