So mc's father is probably the mysterious figure who helps the Silverini family, any suspicions from which family from the old Big 5 he may come from Scialdone?

Everything is pretty much right as far as I remember, a few small tweaks, Rina was actually fiancee of Dante at the time of that photo, and I think (it's not confirmed) Don Silverino was fiancee of Cordia. Rina and Don Silverino did betray Cordia, and MC is indeed their son.
As for who Antonio's parents are, I am 99.99% sure it's Lumina (Younger sister of Cordia, Cordia killed her) and Don Profaci (he is one of the big5), why do I think that? Well codex makes it clear he is NOT Cordia's son, and in the pile of old contracts there is the name 'Antonio Profaci', and because it also states that eldest son of Don Profaci was taken hostage at the end of War.

Who is Gracie's father? It is not mentioned at any time and it seems to me that he is different from Luna's father.
There is only a year difference between them and Cordia is a person who takes her family very seriously and I don't see any possibility that she could cheat on her husband. If they really have a different father, it means to me that only Luna is Cordia's biological daughter. And Gracie has both a different Father and a different Mother. Wilfred tells Cordia that Gracie is not Lumina and there is the whole story about her getting lost in the forest at night as a child. There is something not obvious, but either I missed something or there is not enough information because I can't put it together.

I'm pretty sure MC is the son of Rina and Serpent in Silverinos but if it's not..I can't wait for the twist Hopes will gives although it's pretty much established in the game.
These arguments do make a lot of sense. Considering the fact that it's the Demon Profaci who caused the separation between Cordia and Lumina (I'm just assuming from Antonio's POV here), it could be justified why he hated Profacis. (It is mention in his character page)
And it was also mentioned by the bald capo that his anger was his resemblance to his father, in this case assumed to be the profaci who was known to be quite aggressive.
But I did have a doubt how will others react to Antonio becoming Capo Bastone not being the true son of the Don, I think it's just the bloodline that's necessary and as he is the eldest in male line of DeLuca bloodline nobody questioned much and dropped the fact that he is a profaci by birth.
Not gonna lie these all sound farfetched to me individually but do they make sense together? Yes

Has to be Lucan. Gracie is only 1 year younger than Luna. Lucan was still around when Luna was kidnapped as a 6- years old, which means Gracie would have already been 5 years old at that time.

About Gracie
I still think it's currently possible that Gracie is in a similar situation to Antonio and MC. maybe not as a hostage but some form of adoption. Especially when I watch Portend on replay little Luna looks practically like a Mini-Cordia, little Gracie, as if she had no features in common
Yeah Dario is in control on surface but story 11 makes it clear that the actual control is in the hands of his son-in-law.
Also,
Yeah MC's father married into the family, so he definitely not from there, my guess is he somehow made most of the blame fall on Rina.
Tbf Wilfred is at least partially in control of the DeLuca family
I was referring to the statement Nazizi made, after the Silverinos left, about 'the serpent' taking charge of the family all those years ago, and how they went from being a mid-family to being one who even big 5 don't provoke easily.
