Awesome game, just wish the updateds where bigger, I really want to see the story how it will go down but at this pace I will be dead before it ends

After my old lappy died after playing 0.06 I probably wouldn't have picked on on DeLuca Family without a save - due to the time taken to cover the main story, individual stories and missions to increase money/ranking, etc. There's a few hours in it at least and I had quite a few more games to pick up again - even with skipping unseen text.
If 0.07 does need a new save (?) and stats/completion status etc can't be carried over or entered I'll likely abandon it again - no matter how good it is.

Guys, you know when you're following a game during development, that this is bound to happen? That with the expansion of the scope you'll have to restart because saves don't carry the data needed for new stuff? If you cannot stomach this, and I mean I get that it can be annoying and makes you push it further down the line, I suggest not playing games in development at all.

From what I know of Hopes, if what is being said about the game is constructive criticism, he has no problems with them, listens (I haven't seen a situation where he doesn't), and takes them to heart.So this "update" was mostly the dev bashing people who dared been critical?

But those people are not the ones he is referring to with the Filius Canis scene.
From my understanding, it is basically meant to poke a bit of fun at people who were giving him unreasonable criticism (almost always based on severe bias they themselves have) or unreasonable demands (lol) towards him while being disrespectful.
To be honest, I found that scene to be quite funny. And even if one doesn't find it funny, well noone has any reason to feel offended or get mad seeing it (unless they acted pretty much like Filius does in that scene lol).
soo... two years in the making and still... was going to say blue balls, but thing is, this shit donst even give u a boner... cool dou, good characters, that Luna and Glacier were good, i little bit mess up the last one, is she supposed to be some kind of psycho or a sociopath? or is she just... dumb? good shit, i for once enjoy it... some of it...didnt like the "no sex" part, since this is a porn game, or suppose to be one, i mean u can literally just rate this 14 no big deal, what would be the big problem? one of the girl showing part of her "bosom"? gonna put this in the list of "re visit in another 2 years" worth checking and playing again.

Yeah, I don't get some people saying stuff like "if I need to start from beginning, I'm abandoning the game."
I mean yes, I admit, losing progress is not a pleasant experience (since I generally like to jump in where I left off previously, no way to sugarcoat it no matter how much I want to), but as you've said, it's basically "a necessary evil" for all games in development (unless we're not getting the new gameplay mechanic implemented from 0.7).
I think this may be (I say "may" because Hopes is still testing out the gameplay mechanic to find out whether it can be implemented or not) 3rd or 4th game from f95zone where I am forced to start from the beginning again (with the incompatible save issue with the changes made in the game), so perhaps I'm a bit more immune to the situation than some of the others. But still, .....if people really can't stomach this, they'll need to "abandon" not just this, but many good or potentially good game down the line, or basically wait for a long time for them to finish.

Yes, the teasing with Isabel was hotter than many full intercourse sex scenes in other games. I am surprised MC did not die from a heart attack or low brain blood pressure.

Same for me, I can't trigger The Magic Touch! and that block Isabel's quests too (I waited for days but no recording or dialogue options with Grace)
I didn't try to restart the game, I will play from the beginning with the next update I guess.

Do you have the Requirement ; "The Friends of my friend are my friends?" If so you should get a hidden recording as far as I know
Most of the time when the game says wait a few days it's 3, however for that event think it might be more try sleeping a few times to skip the days and it probably starts?

I waited over a week and clicking continue just resets me back into MC's room.

Why do I get the distinct impression that the creator might just harbor some strong opinions and pent-up aggression towards a certain critical subset of the playerbase? Maybe I'm reading too much into it.
Seriously though, that was about as subtle as a golf club to the face.
I mean, personally I love this game since I've always been into plot heavy VNs to begin with, (I just wish it updated more frequently), but I have to say I'm pretty disappointed. Did he really waste time to render and write that entire scene just to be petty? I mean, I could talk about the rest of the update, but unfortunately the inclusion of that pointless scene kind of casts a dark shadow over the rest of it.

Ah, so lots of people are having "old save does not work" style problems. Good to know, because i had some weird issues i was about to ask, traceback & all, but you just spared me from wasting people's time. Fresh (re)start it is then (what is probably for the best anyway as i haven't played since 0.5 at least). Thanks.

I had intended to wait until v 7.0 comes out since I might have to restart for the 3rd time. 2nd was because I bought a new laptop. After reading the last 10-15 pages I decided to play this update to see what all the hoopla was about. I have now played through the opening mall scene. I will finish it but I think it has a great start with Luna and Gracie being Luna and Gracie but it give MC and Isabel a chance to talk and decide how to move forward.
Without playing the entire update I think, and I don't believe my mind will change, that all this badgering comes down to 2 issues. 1. Expectations of some people, unrealistic IMHO, that there should should be sex by now. and 2. HopesGaming statement from day 1 that this is primarily a story driven game. As has been stated many time this is an ADULT GAME and not a PORN GAME.
With that said I will now finish this update to see if my opinion changes, which I highly doubt.
For the moment I will simply say another great update HopesGaming. Rock on and don't shoot till you see the whites of their eyes.
