lol definite contender for most moving, emotion grabbing scene from all games I've played.
Joel & Ellie's story in original The Last of Us was emotionally strong.
Then I played this & Luna's backstory hit me.
"God damn, well done" indeed!
You might want to hold off because with the next release, due to HopesGaming redoing some of the gameplay mechanics, current saves won't work. Everybody will need to start over.

So I go offline for about a week and I get dozens of pages in this thread AFTER I am guessing several thread purges. Do you think it would be better for all involved to give this an Abandoned tag and maybe the requests for the tag and when is the next update will go away. Then when the update comes out, update the OP but not the title and tags and let us enjoy the game without all the Filius posts? I know it is a stretch to think they might actually see the tag and we know they never read the OP so we could hide the new version there. It would also have to stay off the latest updates page.
I'm not concerned about exposing this plan here in the open on the thread since they seem incapable of reading back a page or two so it will just fade into the background noise.
Plus if it was listed as Abandoned, it would take all the stress off Hopes to actually release something and he could concentrate on the last bits and slip it to us on the down low.

The idea of tags definitions is to keep them. If you start making exceptions, the tags lose all meaning. "Is this game abandoned as in Deluca, abandon as in the definition, abandoned as if bla bla bla", which renders the whole tag system pointless.
Current definition is this.
Abandoned: The game has been abandoned (confirmed by the dev) or the developer hasn't posted anything related to the game for at least 3 months.

I'm not sure whether you're saying this as a joke or not, but I'll assume you're serious about it all.
Trolls will be trolls regardless whether there is a tag or not. They're here when the tags are not here, and they'll still be present even if this game has the Abandoned tag on it.
As Ayhsei elegantly put in his answer to you before me, the tags are there for a reason, as an indicator of what the actual status of the game is (whether it's on hold, abandoned etc etc).
All it takes is for people to read what it says, on the OP, and the recent couple of pages of what the status of the game is on the project, and if people can't find any info in the OP or past couple of recent pages to find what they're looking for, then I have no problem helping those folks point out where to look (the problem is, most of this subset of people asking "is it abandoned?" question, are just people who only look at the last update date and nothing else, and don't bother reading anything else. They expect to be spoon-fed without trying for themselves).
Also, by putting an "Abandoned" tag, this will actually harm Hopes, the Dev in general than benefiting him. Because when it has Abandoned tag, what most new people will tend to do is to not even bother trying the game out at all since it says abandoned (I know I did that for a lot of abandoned titles out there on f95).
There just won't be any growth in the people playing the game. Sure, people who stuck around from the beginning, or for a long time till now will know it's not and stick around, but most likely all newbies won't know that. They'll just look at the title and the tag, and ignore it.
Just isn't a very practical solution in my opinion.
Then, there is the fact that this site is run strictly by the rules without exceptions regarding its rules, and tags and the definitions. If somehow things get changed and this is given an abandoned tag when it's not, well........ it's gonna be the first game in the history of f95zone to go through it (and I find that to be really, really unlikely).
