Antonio fucking mc would be too extreme, and probably repulsive to many older fans of this game, that is bad idea.
Better to introduce gay/bi tags by corrupting males around mc - Antonio is a good start, and later a few more could be added, including multisomes. I would be cautious with ntr as well, that shit, never goes peacefully, though perhaps it could fit this game/story well, ofc if optional.
