Well, a conspiracy theory does have evidence at its basis. They'd never gain any traction, if they did not.
It's just wildly expanded upon to a point where it's pure supposition\speculation.
"I assume" is more correct for wild thought or idea without supporting evidence.

Not related to what you are doing but you should add to the beginning of Luna, Gracie and Isabel's arcs about the option you can pick in the general conversation with them, in the living room at noon with Isabel in the living room in the afternoon with Luna and in Gracie's room in the afternoon. I don't remember what you say to Isabel but it nets a +1 love right from the get go. But for the other two you need to hit a certain love threshold before selecting option or you get nothing in Gracie's(when, I think you tell her she looks pretty, she's just confused but you get +1 love after you've reached a certain love threshold) and I believe a -1 love if you tell Luna she has a nice ass before reaching her love threshold. I don't know what those threshold's are however.

I'm not sure that Luna is a low-tier capo? Has this been specified in the game? Sorry if my memory's not working well.
She seems pretty high-tier, if not just by her being badass, but also by being daughter of the donna.

This looks really cool. But why Amita and Amata are there? just because they are twins or another reason? Just one little thing, maybe its better to change the color of lines and not the type? so you can make a little place with info about it and you have more options?
And about Luna, maybe changing Donna's daughter and put something about her group? or her nickname? because Gracie is Donna's daughter too. Just saying, im thinking in a new player maybe believing someone is adopted or something like that.

To answer your question about Luna's rank:

Serpents are far above capos. Only four of them in the Family.
Only the don, underboss and the consigliere are higher ranked.

Luna's rank is; daughter of the Don.
Skill-wise- low tier capo rank. (as an example Caterina, the rollerskate capo, is mid-tier.)

Reason for no team- trust issues and recklessness.

But what if their father was kicked out of the family? Its most likely the serpent whose face was burned out of that old picture the MC finds in the office. He betrayed the DeLucas/Cordia and so is no longer considered one of them. Antonio is still family because he's Cordia's son, but the MC has no relation to the family as he has a different mother.

Edit: I'm also thinking that the betrayal was Antonio's father having an affair with the MC's mom resulting in her becoming pregnant.

But nothing. It doesn't alter anything.
Half brothers share a parent, so are related by blood. MC would still be related by blood to Antonio.
If MC has no blood relations in the family, he cannot be Antonio's half brother.

Suspicion is that the betrayal of Cordia, by MC's Father, burnt Serpent, was either him leaving her for, or cheating on her with, MC's Mother.

And to the others that talk about the father of Tony, well, we already talked about theories about this some months ago.

My theory was that Antonio doesn't share father with the girls. When going to your first mission, the one when Gracie sneaks with Joe (yeah, Joe is not dead xD), Angelo thinks something like "He inherited the rage of his father" or something like that when Tony started to shoot without pause at a dead body.
We know that Lucas was a lovely and simple man, so it's hard to think that Tony inherited that attitude from Lucan.

The point I was trying to get accross was that they don't even consider the father link between the two at all. He betrayed the family so his blood contribution is not even acknowledged. It's Cordia's blood that determines if one is related to the family.
