I have only downloaded and played this game about a week ago, and seeing the date of the OP (that this game is about 5 years old!!) and so far no actual intercourse with the main Lis .. plus there is no "negative" consequences -so far- for pursuing all of them

I would definitely say don't hold back & go all in if you are into harem, it looks like we still have a long amazing journey ahead of us.
