download renpy sdk (latest),
install/copy to preferred location,
copy all renpy games to the install folder
run ren'py sdk in the install folder.
after the GUI starts
you;ll find all your fap'py games will be there
and will be working fine

what's confusing you? download the desired game, unpack, copy the directory to the renpy install directory, run renpy sdk and then follow step 1 to 3
