How to find the Mansion, everything else is done except Beach Arc and School (both non implemented, I presume) and Dr Riley (73%)

Mansion is unlocked after you have done all other locations - Twn, School, Tavern, Bimbo Camp, Forest etc

I've juste finished Dollville (10/11), The Camp (15/15) and the World (16/16)

Town Center should be Ms Fineass, Lola, Barmaid, Clara, Emily, Jessica, Sister Leslie, Miss Fink, Haley, Chel and Tifa if that is any help

The beach is unlocked once you have finished the main dollsville content (11/11). Since you have 10/11 I assume you have maxxed out Tifa who requires 9 people to completely evolve, that's a total of 10, the only one that's not required for tifa is Ludivine in the woods, you might have not maxxed her out?
