it's more sharing but the last scene in the update has a scene id consider NTR during the flashback if you let her go all the way. Tho it's in bad taste in my opinion as it makes Kathryn feel stupid , naive and also like a cheater , since we are given the option to let her walk away and stop it and wasn't in any danger since we are given the option to walk away.

So this option to me feels like if you allow her to not stop it it's because she wanted it and comes across as someone that's doesn't care about Luke in the moment which makes her feel shitty imo. It has NTR feel to it at least to me cause it's on their first date, Luke has no idea that it even happened. I personally would consider it and Kathryn a cheater in that moment. Tho I can understand why some may not consider as such since technically it's a date and they aren't a couple yet.

That's the point of a visual novel though, to have choices and to shape the story how you want. That's been the way for a lot of choice based games, even non-porn games like Detroit become human, heavy rain, and tell-tale games for example. The canon storyline, and the characters are based on the choices you make, and other character besides player characters can change in some games depending on choices.

So yes, Kath is a naive, shallow, and unsympathetic person in that last scene, depending on choices, or she's a thoughtful, caring, and loving partner, depending on choice. That's the whole point from my point of view at least. In my save she didn't let them get anywhere with her, so she was the latter from my point of view. I've always strongly disliked the argument, especially in NTR/sharing games or games with optional content regarding those themes, where people argue "Well if she can possibly cheat on you it 'RuINs heR chAraCTeR'." Even though, it's literally a choice based visual novel, where you're meant to shape the story and the characters based on choice, and your own playthrough is your own canon. It's a really brain dead argument.

All these "convenient" interruptions or reasons from Luke to stop are pissing me off, tease me once, that's fun, tease me twice, a little less fun, but still alright, but do nothing but teasing, I'm out, teases without any payoff are useless, I don't even finish the updates anymore when I encounter yet another "nothing but tease" scene in a new chapter, I'm even losing interest in the story itself because of it.

No worries rant away I tend to like your post most of the time. yeah I agree with ya there , that's why I play out every choice and pick whatever version of Kathryn or whoever it is depending on the context or game I want to go with. Usually with big character shift choices like this one I tend to consider them 2 different characters from that point onward. So if I consider said choice to ruin a character it would only ruin one version of the character but not the entire character if that makes any sense. I'm not that good at explaining things to be honest.

Wrong. You just made the wrong choices. I'm playing the sharing route and there's been none of that. It's all optional.

Listen, the game is slowly going more and more downhill when it comes to choices. On a playthrough that absolutely maximizes fidelity and tries to avoid any NTR:

Starts out with being able to avoid shit all together:


And if she is nude the other dude can't see shit:

Then she starts to kiss:

Then she starts to strip:

The she gets completely naked and masturbates in front of other people:

Then she starts to let other people grope her privates:


This is all bare minimum. Next she will give someone a handjob / blowjob, then she will get fucked by someone, it is not a question of ''if'' it is a question of ''when'' and under which fucked up circumstances. Because at this point there is already absolutely no point in trying to avoid NTR, game is already full of NTR on a non-NTR playthrough.

I've seen this play out way too many times in other games that try to pretend first that NTR is avoidable.

Only time will tell I think this dev mostly handles most situations just fine , yeah there are mistakes here and there. But I don't fault him for mistakes he does more right than wrong right now at least to me. Right now there is only 1 situation I consider NTR and that is base on a choice.

But I do get where you are coming from I was starting to worry a bit on my Non NTR / sharing save tbh , but this update made me have less concerns. As I felt the dev did a good job with the choices in this update for both paths. The only choice that was a bit odd is the MC changing his mind about Kathryn getting fucked by the guy during the gloryhole scene. However it also kind of makes sense cause Kathryn had no idea that wasn't Luke and he was acting like a piece of shit and if I recall he even realizes this and calls himself a piece of shit so because of that I don't think his change of heart was a bad decision from a character stand point.

But just because I have less concerns doesn't mean im not without worry now the dad has been introduced , for that kind of playthrough. But I still have faith in the dev will do right by me , as most of the forced choices weren't a big deal to me other than 1 and that was mostly because I didn't pick up the water was drugged. But yeah it does feel like things are going to start to ramp up now.
