Cheating is always there in porn games just to be hot. It's not to stir the relationship, be dramatic. Then it wouldn't be a kink. If people would want to see fucked up documentaries of cheating and murder then they would watch True Crime.

Tell that to the NTR lovers who specifically ask for it to be as cruel and awful to the MMC as possible. I couldn't disagree more with your statement to be honest. It seems like stirring the relationship, feelings of angst, drama are basically the entire point. Otherwise, you could simply have a number of disconnected scenes of a woman having sex with a number of different men.

For me, swinging is enticing because while you have a loving relationship, there is that aspect of "would I enjoy seeing my wife taken/take by someone else?" without the angst and nastiness (imo) of cheating and going behind your partner's back.

I just played through the update. This update was focused on the 'cheating' route and didn't have much 'sharing' content, so I’d like to make a point about the cheating aspect
To be honest, the cheating route hasn't been implemented in an interesting way for me personally, because the entire motivation is lust. In other words, Luke and Kathryn aren't doing this out of sacrifice for one another, nor to gain some position, nor were they deceived by someone's sinister plot, nor were they blackmailed—nothing. The sole reason for both of them to betray is lust. A prime example is the relationship between Kathryn and the MC's father, which holds no motivation whatsoever other than lust!
This causes the characters to become shallow; they become one-dimensional and detestable because you can't justify their betrayal even a little bit
Sure, someone could reply to me right now saying it was really hot, but if hotness was all that mattered to me, I wouldn't be reading a story—I’d just go to Pornhub

That's why in this game, I'm no longer going to check out the cheating route out of curiosity; I'll just wait for the sharing route

Honestly I never saw cheating as hot for the cheating side of it unlike most people that like NTR. For me the hotness from NTR has only every came because I grown to like the LI alot and want to see more scene of here for the porn side of it , so Kathryn in this case. Also I consider NTR paths / scenes just for content saves never a main path or save for me my main save is always sharing.

Which is why the cheating with Pat brings mix signals to me on one end I like it cause it means more hot scenes with Kathryn on the other hand it wasn't done all that well to me. Even for cheating out of lust I felt like it came out of nowhere and felt rather forced, Franklin cheating scene despite it being only the tip made alot more sense for cheating out of lust to me.

I rarely comment, if ever, but wow! Last chapter was hot as hell, that motel scene with MC's father was awesome! Please I need more of that!

I hope that we get the choice to keep sharing Kathryn with Pat in the future, I think it would only make sense. Sure, things are going to feel awkward and wrong for a while. Kathryn and Pat are going to feel guilty about what happened at the motel, but Luke's going to come around and be okay with it. I mean, after all, we did have the choice for Kat to go alone. And I certainly assumed cheating was on the table when I picked that option, so let's just say that I'm completely satisfied with the outcome, and now I need more!

Whatever happens this is already one of the best NTR games I've ever played. Do we know when the new update is coming?

The only way I could see that work is for the Pat and Kath humiliating Luke angle. I agree that I can't see the thrill in sharing your LI with your worst enemy on earth. If there's humiliation involved, I don't understand how she would remain Luke's LI any longer. That's not my thing at all but I guess for some players...

I mean, are we playing the same game here? There seems to be a drug going around in the city that turns everyone into mindless lustful zombies, we're yet to see how's that going to come into play, but if we take that into account I can totally see it happening. Sure, things can stay as they are as strictly cheating, Luke is also cheating with Kat's mom, at least in my playthrough, which is why I think it's only fair that Kat also gets to do it with her FIL. But both of them have been doing all kinds of stuff since moving to the city, testing the limits while getting off doing it, I think nothing it's too crazy for this game tbh, and that's what appeals to me I guess.

Hate is a strong word, I don't think they hate each other, Pat certainly doesn't hate his son, and I don't think Luke hates his father. Kat doesn't think so either. But you're right, maybe sharing is also a strong word in this situation. I would be more than okay with this cheating path for Kat if anything really. I think it's hot, at least now that I just played the last chapter, maybe I'll change my mind later, but I don't think so lol
