I don't think there's any rule except for use the F95 server, but uploaders are often too busy to play and take screenshots themselves. So if there aren't any already around it's store images like this ones, extracted image files or a mix.

Nobel = Train a lot faster and gain more money once you fulfill the request
Royal Blood = if you send them back home every single territory you own will get a development points
