Not a sarcastic statement an actual question. If there are LI characters having sex with people other the MC does that count as NTR?

I don't mind putting in the NTR tag and will do it just to cover my bases but, if the character is not your romantic partner then she can't be stolen. NTR is confusing, it seems to cover anytime the MC might get jealous. Is that the basis of NTR.

This is is not true. And there are literally thousands of stories that revolve around unrequited love, and LIs being stolen.

Jealousy isn't the issue/point, nor is it the correct feeling. It's the MC being hurt by the actions (or enjoying it, if they like the fetish).

Cuckold needs to be avoidable, period. There are fans who vehemently detest this fetish (I'm one of them) and will refuse to play the game if it's forced on them. Which is why games like Secretary and The Sissy Girlfriend Experiment have flags to disable fetishes that some players don't like. My own game, Tenant & Tenant, (shameless plug) will likewise have similar disabling options when potentially objectionable content gets added in.

I do tend to agree in some regard. The humiliation is fine in my opinion, (I do prefer playing a MC with low confidence, because fuck if that ain't relatable) but I agree that cuckolding should be optional. I do also see where the dev is coming from. You're new in town, and whoever you might be into, is more than likely already having a healthy sex-life, which btw is entirely normal. How that can be shown to the player, without it feeling like it's being rubbed in your face however, I don't know. As the dev mentioned though, they're going back to change a lot of the more slutty behavior of the girls, while also making them (the ones where it makes sense) less hostile towards the player. With Melissa already having a boyfriend though, it'll be hard not to show them interacting, which to some can feel very unsatisfying since they'll feel like they're robbed of something that they don't even have a legitimate claim on.

As someone who's not a fan of NTR, I personally see it as when someone's significant other is 'stolen' from the protagonist. Having a crush on someone while not having acted on it, or tried to make it obvious, doesn't really make it NTR content in my opinion. NTR is about having your SO 'stolen' from you, which heavily implies that you 'own' them, which is in and of itself pretty toxic since you can't own a person. Does it hurt when a SO cheats? Yes it does, but that still doesn't mean they're yours. That's besides the point though. You can't have someone 'stolen' from you if you aren't with them in the first place, and sure seeing your crush with someone else hurts, they're still not yours, hence they cannot be 'stolen' from you. I get how some can feel like that's NTR, but to me it just isn't the same thing as your actual SO ending up somehow cheating on you, and falling in love with the person they cheated on you with. I get that the feeling of hurt plays a big part in NTR, but to me it just doesn't seem right to me to make a big deal out of it, if the person you're crushing on isn't romantically involved with you. You realistically have no claim to consider them 'stolen' from you, when you're not with them to begin with, even if seeing them with someone else does hurt you. That's just my own 2 cents on the matter, since I'm certain that a lot of hard anti-NTR players will disagree with me, hell it's likely that pro-NTR players will disagree with me too. Hell if I care though.

The MC watching others in the sauna in the intro is Voyeur. They're not (yet) LIs. Melissa having sex with someone else is NTR, since she's a LI of the (male) MC. (I've never played TEI with a female MC so I have no basis for commenting on female MC content.)

I think having levels of broadness for the option would be a good way to go, so hard ntr, soft ntr, voyeur with love interest, ect.

I like having Voyeur scenes in the game as it is helping move the plot along while keeping arousing content. As the player becomes more sexually active there will be less of it but the story of the game revolves around how slutty people are becoming.
For instance Riley ticks the box for everything you have all said about NTR. She is a love interest but is clearly willing to have sex with multiple people and that is part of the plot. I am going to upset players when I say that I can't make that plot point avoidable as they need to know how slutty she is.

Some Feminization is forced, as in the MC has no idea. Technically the drinks will feminize the MC slightly and he does not know that but I have put it into the stats bar so the player is aware.

Sissification will not be forced. Casey has blackmail content that is leading you down that path but choosing to be her Sissy is voluntary and the player has to be on the Sissy Path.

This is a notorious problem with newer versions of Android. Not sure about IPhone, but it's basically unavoidable on Android if you have a newer phone. To play it on Android, you'd have to download an emulator that allows you to run the needed things to load up the pictures.

Just finished my second playthrough, and i have 2 "problems" with the game.

1: Most of the sexual content currently is Voyeur. I totally understand why the Dev choose to do this.
You cant just throw a Virgin to the wolves right from the start. At the same time you need to have enough content to satisfy the players. Its a porn game after all. So i get it.
But in my personal opinion, this is a bit too much. People are having sex and orgies in every other corner.

And i know thats kinda part of the story. This city is supposed to be a pool of Depravity.

But the MC doesnt even seem to think that this is kinda crazy. I mean in both my playthroughs my MCs walked in on at least 10 people having sex, and that only in like 2 days. The only thing that happens to the MC is a rise in Arousal. Not a single thought spend on what the fuck is wrong with this place.

And that problem directly flows into my second problem...

2: The stats make little to no difference. I mean i played a maxed out Confidence and Intelligence MC with focus on Domination. But they still act like they are a shy and naive 12-year-old.
I mean sure, your stats represent how comfortable your MC is with certain decisions. But it has zero effect on the behavior of the MC.
They still get embarrassed and nervous in every scene.
My problem with that is that it creates a disconnect between me, the player, and "my" Character in the game. Im trying to play a certain type of character and the game seems to give me the option to do so. But in reality my character behaves completely different.

My take from both playthroughs is that the story and characters are tailored towards submissive, shy introverts. If you play like that, the behavior of all characters make a lot more sense and feel more natural.
But if you try to go a different route, it kinda ruins the immersion.

I agree with everything you have said and it is less noticed on the Sub route that there is something wrong.
I can and will admit that my Dom paths need a lot of work and that I have written the MC as more shy than he/she needs to be.

At the start the MC is caught nude by Ava and I wrote in that you are not in a position to get angry. In reality you might shout at her for barging in but you are in her home so it is reasonable that you might be reluctant to do so.
I continued this trend through the game however instead of making the MC more confident. Going back through I can see that their are scenes where the MC behaves too shy and submissive.

But that thankfully is something that can be fixed by adding branches
