Say, is it just really hard to get pregnant or does it only get unlocked later? I've been letting the girls get creampied during battle sex, even on risky days but so far nothing happened. I checked the hospital multiple times on different occasions to see if maybe the doctor would confirm it but nope... nothing yet.

its only possible at the mid-end game after branching, between iris route or dahlia route, regardless, the side quest (iris route) / quest (dahlia route) will appear, assist the researcher with her research about kill a monster in erodoll dungeon back to back, eventually gonna unlock quest to get body modification, then childbirth will enabled.

For people who didn't pay attention to "Pregnancy system" or accident skip the instrctuion. Here's the Pregnancy system instrctuion.
I don't really like the fact I can only wandering around 2 maps to make both of these characters trigger Pregnancy. I wonder if someone make both of these characters trigger Pregnancy directly from the enemy after they're defeated, like every other H-RPG Games does. It's kinda annoyed for me. :[

Have only get egg birth from tentacle monster every time even in dungeon and scientist basement..
