Say, is it just really hard to get pregnant or does it only get unlocked later? I've been letting the girls get creampied during battle sex, even on risky days but so far nothing happened. I checked the hospital multiple times on different occasions to see if maybe the doctor would confirm it but nope... nothing yet.

its only possible at the mid-end game after branching, between iris route or dahlia route, regardless, the side quest (iris route) / quest (dahlia route) will appear, assist the researcher with her research about kill a monster in erodoll dungeon back to back, eventually gonna unlock quest to get body modification, then childbirth will enabled.

here a warning to anyone using RPGMAKER save editor software for this game because it will cause that save files that you have to be corrupted and will gave you and error sign everytime you wanted to click event log section

Have only get egg birth from tentacle monster every time even in dungeon and scientist basement..
