The right most option in the 2 color selection rows changes the transparency of that part of the outfit. Not all parts / outfits have the different transparency options, and they're same same across all outfits that have them.
First, how do you deal with this from a meta standpoint? Patreon et al likely won't like this move. Second, how does this affect gameplay, now that Sammy is taking care of a kid? Third, in terms of art, now you're introducing more variation in where Sammy can live, and we already have overnight hanging out in Jaylee's trailer in addition to revamping Sammy's apartment.
This does exist for hanging out with the soccer boys. If you talk to them (without a dare game / sex scene triggering) where the conversation ends after 22:00 then Robin will ask you if you want to head home together. It could be the case the that other options for riding home with her, to school with her, exc are still in progress, and will be in the next major release.
