But, there is character that has power play with the MC in all of her scenes, basically they hate fuck in all of the early til just at the end scenes. Usually she is the one in control, so there is some femdom involved with her.

Plus magic gives one of the characters full control in all of her scenes, consent doesn't matter to her, she wants the MC and NPC's to get freaky, they get freaky.

Most likely the app is in quarantine. Use terminal with this command: xattr -d com.apple.quarantine [file_path]

Just drag the game app into where it says [file_path]
