As Omni said, don't mix and match compressed versions with normal versions. Update only isn't meant for the compressed one. If you want to use it, download the original one first.

Is it possible to upload to a different service? The download performance is horrible.

Yes. You are playing v37081 and not v37083. Wait a few days for the next update that has the fix included.

Does anyone else get an issue when trying to update the NW.js performance patch? The video in the game lags almost as if I went from using GPU acceleration to not using it. It happened both with Treasure of Nadia and now with Genesis Order when I try applying it. I think I'm installing it correctly, just wanted to see if anyone else encountered this issue. The video plays fine if I don't try updating the NW.js for some reason though.

Why would you even do that? The game works perfectly fine without any "patching" -- if you don't play it on a potato of course. Sounds like you made it worse instead of "improving the performance"
