For update use the updater from here. Just extract it to the game folder and enter a random mail after selecting log in.

For the gazillionth time... if you post a proper www folder ( not missing anything ) that means you posted WIN - Mac - Linux as well If somebody cannot do the necessary steps from here on out that is not on you

I did not have that problem, try closing it, deleting the user.dat file and trying again, after that I have no idea.

Im from germany, the website is apparently not available here. So you gotta access it through a vpn site/service and it's gonna work.
