Same happen to me, I've played with update only before and it never happen. Looks like this update only version is somehow fucked.

Possible. Maybe. I'm just saying that in 99+% of the cases someone reports a "Load error: <some>.PNG" it's an user error, not a faulty update-only package.

Funny thing is I don't have a lightning50.rpgmvp either let alone in png ( in a regular version ?!? ) But since the game is looking for png the base game was a compressed one... so mixing again with a regular one dooms the effort by default

Thanks for the quick reply...I've been across the river/tree, but there's no chest. I can't remember already getting it. Strangers still mention it too. Seems odd

its hidden in the tree line. its a little hard to see and easy to miss.

I'm just going to put this out here, that if you can't follow the instructions on the site, then maybe it would be for the best to not try and edit your save lest you screw your game up completely.
