Uninstall everything and either get the full normal or full compressed. Stick to 1 from now till v100 and stop trying to mix the 2 together. Gonna have to quote myself for the next 2 years when every fail missing png comes up

NLT removed free installer for both ToN and TGO but if update mechanism didn't change, this thing still working. If he shifting version number with a higher increment, let's hope it will not triggering Amazon's firewall rules

Click around near the bottom left area of the screen where you found the artifact segment its hidden well in the river. It took me a while to find it also and the guide that is linked in the op does not say anything about that.

Instead of editing your save file and potentially breaking your game -- why don't you look at the walkthrough linked in the OP to see what you missed to get to INT = 5? Even IF you edit the variable instead of playing the game, you've clearly missed something, and this might lead to some issues now and/or later in the game anyways...
