Game finished again. I feel adicted...Im sad...I dont want to play big title games again and the game is running just so i dont feel depressed and sad. Wtf this game did to me?!
I have the same bug. I am playing version 57011 however the bug should be in 53xxx. I attach the screen shot of index.htm that should be the error handling file.

Go back to the dining room and look at the lower wall, there should be a crack on it if I remember correctly.

The extras are profiles and upgraded profiles which you buy from the shop after you find the original profile. Open the walkthrough, press Ctrl+F and search for "profile".
EDIT: Videos you buy at the porn shop also count as extras.
