How long it's going to for release?
The author doesn't work for money, if he doesn't release the porn game that means he goes on to focus with his life and we should be happy for him, and he doesn't owe anyone anything, not his labor nor he ever give any promise. What I'm trying to say is, the game is not there unless it's there, and if it's not there good and kudos for him.
While that's commonly the tone, and intention of people asking, I wouldn't just assume that every time.

Is there any way to get the anal option to not be greyed out in the Yharnam (pregnant) ending?

You have to have the anal option opened up before the ending for it. This requires 2 steps: watch Yharnam's mom's scene and then in the next scene with Nax in Yharnam's room bring up the anal option during BJ.
It's been a while, but this should do it.

While I can't be completely sure, but I think he might be inquiring about the status of the dev's other game. Or perhaps the current state of the rework for this game? True enough, he wasn't exactly clear about what he meant by "news"...

wow, this VN was a nice surprise to be honest. For being a VN with an extremely ugly goblin and having "corruption" and "humiliation" (even tho i dont know whats precisely the humiliation content), it was quite wholesome and i really loved it. The goblin is extremely lustful but otherwise treat his women well and the fact that it was all from the POV of one of the female was a nice touch. Some post above i read about the fact that the dev is making a remake of the game and i hope he is still making it even tho the game is good as it is. Still it would be nice if with the remake we could get some animation (since a sex scene has one), some extra scene and to have the 2 missing endings (the one where the goblin remain alone and the harem one without pregnancy) completed.
