You have to keep her affection for you high so that in the final confrontation you bring her back from dead. The tentacle part is only in the epilogue that takes place 6 months later where she kills a goblin.
ways of keeping her affection high is doing nothing that will ruin her image of you (thus avoid doing submissive shit or stuff that will raise your addiction; stay strong and rebellious), for example when you return from the all night sex with the goblin (forgot his name) you should take the easy and fast way home and keep your panties on, drink your anti-goblin-cum-addition potion, avoid drinking cum as much as possible, etc.
If she stops loving you, you get one of 3 possible endings:
- she dies at the end of the game
- bad end 1: you end up in a whore house and eventually as a broodmare for the goblin and his pals
- bad end 2: you die in the whore house
is it the throw away line about keeping her tentacles away from the goblin chick when they meet?

Yeah, that happens after. There is an actual short scene, like 1 picture where Alara (iirc) suddenly changes her hand into a tentacle and basically splatters a captured goblin. Okay, at least i thought there was a picture, i went into the img folder for epilogue and there was none. So basically just a short scene after which they discuss going to the city where the goblin chick from the goblin camp is now living.
And now i'm noticing against just how uglier MC and Alara (Elara?) became through the game compared to how they started as. Definitely not the same models were used.
