I think you need to meet him in the cauldron again after the panty scene.
You need to use the hang out option in cauldron on your off days to get a scene with him in which you go back to his room

No I downloaded the whole game this isn't my first rodeo please it needs to be a APK to be played on a cellphone that way pictures and videos show and not just the text.

Use joiplay to play html games, babe. Mobile Browsers are really terrible to run html games now days. Probably that's why the images are not showing. If not, idk what to tell you

You can get even larger faker ones in Alex route, he drugs you during the event where you have to distract him. I also found the same ones as you with Todd, but we are missing one.

Be on his route. Get all his suggested surgeries. Basically become a full bimbo then right before the heist incident in this update he will drug you. You have to drink the wine. I posted a save yesterday that is on that route already. Just continue it a couple of weeks from there and you should get it.
You mean the wine in the limo? I chose to drink that but nothing happened. My character is a complete bimbo.
