You can choose. There's a path where you maintain a male identity (sissy) and one where you assume a female identity (trans). Could be more too, not sure. Later you can begin to move towards sexual reassignment surgery to have your dick removed, but it's optional.

If you mean the Susan or Olivia route where they get obsessed with black men then you can just choose the options that don't follow those routes. If you mean any and all blacked porn gifs in the game itself then I don't know. I don't think you get those gifs and images if you don't follow any route where the sexual focus is on black men.
