I don't have the bus option while being in the hospital area. My game's probably bugged cause I remember messing with my save file a while ago. Someone has any idea how to fix this?

It's a fake option to give you a bit of false hope, there's no path for it. You're forced to pick one creepy dude or the other.

Well, maybe we're thinking of different scenes. But the one which has Susan summon you and then ask to pick her major for her, because she cannot make up her mind, has this option as basically just loop back:

I don’t remember which, but one of the girls photoshoots is at the college and you get it by going to class.
IIRC you need to meet Olivia at the campus to take her picture, instead of doing it at the Cauldron. Since you go to her place for that.

Does it also depend on the route you take? Whether she goes with Cade or not? I can't seem to get the prompt for her photoshoot at campus.
I helped her to get together with Cade, but no idea if it makes any difference. Make sure you're checking the campus in the evening? It should show up as

I’ve done her Snowbunny route and can confirm on that route you only have the option to blackmail her into doing it, and after she’s fully converted she’ll quit so she can exclusively service black men. That’s Snowbunny, not regular dating him.
